Mobile Notary Services
Do you have a document that needs to be notarized? Do you have a client or
relative that is homebound or lives in a Nursing Home. Call me at 707-291-0698. I
can come to your home or business. I provide notary services to most Nursing
Homes. Weekends and Evenings are also available.
$10 per signature notarized. I provide service to Lake County, California. Some of
the nearby cities or towns are: Clearlake, Cobb, Hidden Valley Lake, Kelseyville,
Lakeport, Middletown, Lucerne, Nice and Upper Lake. Some areas may have an
additional travel fee.
Loan Signings
I specialize in Loan Signings. Hectic schedule. Sign the documents for your next
loan in the privacy and convenience of your home or office.
I work with most Title Companies. I have the ability to accept E-documents for an
additional fee.
I have over 8 years escrow experience and 10 years mortgage banking experience
to make sure things are done correctly.
I have been a Notary Public since 1985 and a California Notary since 1997. I am
based in Kelseyville, Lake County, California. I have completed the NNA background
check required by the Gramm-Leach-Bililey Act.
I am not an attorney and, therefore, cannot give legal advice.
