This tax credit was set to expire Nov. 30, 2009. It's not too late!
The first-time homebuyer tax credit of up to $8000 is extended until
April,30,2010. (restrictions to qualify)
Now there is a tax credit available of up to $6500, even if you have owned
a home before. (restrictions to qualify)
Housing prices have come down from where they were even a year or two ago.
There are many great deals on the market, including REO or Bank Owned Homes.
